How long will it take to receive my design?
You can expect to receive your design package electronically in 7-10 business days.

How do I know the items you suggest for ordering will be high quality?
I am very careful to choose companies with good reputations, and I read the reviews on all furnishings and accessories before I suggest them. When applicable, I will order swatches to make sure the fabric is high quality and durable. Of course, there is always a chance when ordering online that it won’t be perfect, but the companies I use have excellent return policies.

What if the piece is out of stock when I try to order it?
All pieces I choose will be in stock (unless otherwise stated) when the design comes to you. I can’t guarantee the design beyond that.
